MOVE YOUR BOD Home Edition is an 8 week at home workout & nutrition program that will help you build a lean strong body with no equipment. The goal of this program is to teach you the tools you need to create your own lifestyle habits and take it with you after the 8 weeks is through. I will teach you how to calculate your own macros, how to fuel your body properly through the program & more. You will be given a grocery list, sample meal plans and nutrition guides to follow.

 

This program is not about under-eating losing weight and gaining it all back once you go back to "regular life" or "eating normally again" this is teaching you how to eat F*%#ING food and look amazing doing it!

How to work on different muscle groups and build and progress as you get stronger

I demonstrate every exercise in the app so you can learn proper form
