MOVE YOUR BOD 2.0 is an 8 week Dumbbell and mini band home workout & nutrition program, that will help you tone and sculpt your body at home. You can do all the workouts in the comfort of your own home on your schedule. This is a self pace program that will teach you everything you need to know to fuel and take care of your body. You will be given a grocery list, sample meal plan & macro calculations to follow.
I want to teach you, you don't need a gym to get to your goals. Just a set of dumbbells, bands and your beautiful body is all it takes. Accompanied but a meal plan you learn to create for your unique body and goals. So you can thrive through the program and for the rest of your life.
