Move Your Bod Home Edition was designed for women that are tired of trying all the fad diets & want a toned lean body they can proudly build from the comfort of their own home. You will learn how to workout effectively in less time, with no equipment, achieve your dream body and keep it.

MYB 3.0 TONE & SCULPT

3.0 TONE AND SCULPT is an 8 week at home workout & nutrition program created to continue progress after 2.0 and 2.0 RELOAD. So far we have focused on weight loss, strengthening and now toning and sculpting your body. Don't get me wrong you will still be losing weight and building muscle here but this is more about creating strong, healthy muscles and bones through a pilates inspired workout program. Get ready for those muscles to shake work on balance, form, pace, pulsing and holding. This program requires minimal weight 2,3 or 5 lbs in each hand and your beautiful body.

I will teach you how to calculate your own macros, how to fuel your body properly through the program & more. You will be given a grocery list, sample meal plans and nutrition guides to follow.


 
 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

STRENGTH TRAINING 

How to work on different muscle groups and build and progress as you get stronger

PACE
Pace combines the benefits of progressive pilates, & resistance based cardio. Pace focuses on optimizing your body's burning potential. 50sec on 30 sec of rest or pulsing movements.

HOME EFFICIENCY 

I will teach you have to workout effectively from home with no equipment and the most effective style of training

FORM
A seamless mixture of shaping & toning. A loud, high energy & low intensity workout. Minimal bouncing. Maximum burning. Focusing on the stabilizing muscles. 
 

MACROS

I will teach you how to calculate your personal macros and how to adjust them through the program
