VIRTUAL TRAINING 

In addition to the app access and everything included above, we can do virtual 1-on-1 zoom sessions to help hold you accountable. 

It is always easier when someone is there face to face pushing you! And that is why I have this option! 

Thanks to the Pandemic this is the way Personal Training is going now and I have seen great results in doing so :)

*This add on is $30 every 1 hour session 

VIRTUAL TRAINING

*ONLY*

If you feel homework though the app isn't for you we can do virtual 1 on 1 zoom sessions only.  

If you need that person there pushing you every step on the way face to face making sure you not only get your workouts in but also PUSH HARD, this option may be for you!

This would be $45 every 1 hour session. Can do 1x a week up to 4x a week!

What Does Zoom Training Look Like?

Each session will consist of: 

- Warm up/ dynamic stretching

- Workout/ Conditioning

- Cool down/ Stretching 

Each workout will be specific to your goals and what you want to achieve. 

All you need in a small space in your living room and if you have equipment let me know and we will definitely incorporate it into the workouts.
